By leveraging technology and innovation, we will continue to strengthen and enhance Hong Kong's status as a global financial, trading, and shipping centre, while nurturing emerging industries and accelerating the development of Northern Metropolis to create new economic momentum. We will also help traditional industries innovate and transform, reshaping their business models for the future.

We are committed to building a well-connected and globally engaged Hong Kong. We will deepen Hong Kong’s integration into the overall national development and seize the opportunities brought by the next stage of comprehensive national reform. We will support enterprises in Hong Kong and across the Chinese Mainland in exploring international markets. At the same time, we will uphold the uniqueness of the "One Country, Two Systems," framework, reinforce our common law system, and maintain our open and inclusive environment. We will continue to strengthen economic and trade ties around the world, enhance Hong Kong's appeal as an international city, and attract global talent, technology, and investment.

We are devoted to building a fair society and a level-playing field for everyone. We will uphold fairness, integrity, and the rule of law, ensuring equal opportunities for all citizens and businesses to share the fruits of economic growth. We will enhance the competitiveness of our workforce while giving priority to local workers. We will maintain a high-quality, efficient public healthcare system so that every resident, regardless of means, has access to medical care. We will tackle the challenges of an aging population, support the underprivileged, address pressing concerns, and help citizens from all walks of life live in security and prosperity.

We are patriots. We love our motherland, we love Hong Kong. We will steadfastly safeguard national security, uphold the "One Country, Two Systems," and ensure a secure and stable environment for Hong Kong's continued prosperity. We resolutely oppose Western hegemonism, counter smears, and actively engage with the world to tell better China’s story, tell better Hong Kong’s story, more compelling to shape global perception about us.

We serve people with wholehearted committment. It is our devotion to serving public and sincerity that separate us from others. With an extensive network of branch offices, supported by a strong team comprising Legislative Council and District Council members, as well as NPC deputies, and CPPCC members, we maintain a close and lasting connection with the community.

We will continue to collaborate with various sectors, conduct policy research, propose and implement effective policies that deliver tangible benefits. With a deeply rooted foundation in the community, we will address public concerns and enhance local environments with care and efficiency. We will also serve as a bridge between Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland, assisting residents in resolving cross-boundary issues.
 

We walk the walk. We will continue to gauge public sentiment and assist the SAR government in continually improving governance. In the Legislative Council, we will perform our duties diligently to scrutinize policies, legislation, and funding appropriations, ensuring that public resources are effectively allocated, and government services remain efficient, high-quality, and incorruptible.

Dear fellow citizens, against the backdrop of China's rapid and astounding development, Hong Kong, with the edge of One Country Two Systems, will flourish, the sky's the limit. A brighter future promises a better life for all.
